Mother’s Day presents for expectant mums

When I was pregnant with my first, someone asked if I had hinted about the present I’d like for Mother’s Day. If I’m honest, it wasn’t something that I’d even thought about considering I had a good six months until met my little one.

However, I won’t lie, I do love a present so I did a little bit of research and found that Mother’s Day presents for expectant mums were quite common. If you didn’t know that – you do now – and if you did and are just looking for some ideas to not so subtly pass to your other half, here is what’s top of my list.

Seraphine Maternity, The Love Maternity T-shirt

Serpahine Love

I love, love, love this maternity printed t-shirt from Seraphine Maternity.

Not only does it look great, but it’s been designed by Sophie Ellis-Bextor and is in conjunction with the baby and pregnancy charity, Tommy’s.

As a result, 100% of the profits from this tee go directly to the charity to help them to fund the UK’s first specialised miscarriage research centre.

It’s more than a great reason to ask for one these!

Pink Lining Yummy Mummy Tulips and Forget Me Nots changing bag
Hands up who wants an expensive changing bag but has a partner who can’t quite understand why a bag that we’ll be ‘putting nappies into’ is so pricey.

Well now’s the chance to ask for one with no arguments – after-all it is Mother’s Day and this gorgeous bag is one we’ll make loads of use from… *Puppy dog eyes.

Cussons Mum and Me Bump Gift Pack

mum and meIn an ideal world I’d be shipped off to an all day spa, but with all the waxing and defuzzing I’d have to do beforehand I’m not going to grumble if this beautiful
Cussons Mum and Me gift set turns up on my breakfast in bed tray (yes I do expect that too).

Full of yummy stuff such as a bath soak and body lotion, all you need is a massage from your other half and it’ll be like a spa day – well kind of.

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Indescribably Special Gift Set Box
PalmersThe smell of Palmer’s is a scent I associate with my first pregnancy and now, my second too.

In fact I rubbed it on religiously to avoid stretch marks. I didn’t get any when I was pregnant with the boy so now I’m slathering it on again during round two.

And I’m sure may of you are doing the same, so it’s only right we request a gift pack full of Cocoa Butter magic, right?
